My goal was to shed off some fat and tone up. I brought this intention to Olu and he created a plan for me that broke down the steps I needed to take, from a nutritional intake and exercise standpoint. What stood out to me was how clear and detailed my created plan was. It took the guesswork out of the equation for me and made it easily digestible and applicable. I am really impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail and way of keeping it simple which made it easy for me to follow and apply. This was 2 years ago and I still refer back to the plan he created and use it. There is something to be said about working with an Olympic level Coach and athlete!
